Having grown up in sunny So-Cal, I needed a break from all that idyllic lifestyle and moved Down Under to Brisbane for even more sunshine … and free flowing Vegemite.

The vast majority of my professional life has actually been as a Registered Nurse-Midwife, but I’ve more recently had the opportunity to pursue my lifelong love of painting. I’m thrilled to finally be jumping in with two feet. I am a (mostly) self-taught traditional fine artist and can work with a variety of different mediums including watercolour, acrylics, oils, pencils - with my current fave definitely being watercolour. I also have a good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and am developing my digital artistry skills.

So how can I help you? I’d love to work with you to bring your ideas to life with a burst of colour and fun! I have a fine eye for detail, a good communicator and I’m keen to get it right. Whether it be children’s book illustrations, book or magazine illustrations, album art, custom home pet or people portraits - I’m your go-to.

When I’m not painting, sketching or playing with my Wacom, you’ll likely find me toddler-wrangling, or pretending to be handy and helpful with renovating our old Queenslander.
